When it comes to whether, I know exactly when I have two change my skincare routine. The hotter it gets, I always go for lighter textures and when it’s colder, I can actually layer my skincare! But when it comes to my fashion choices… Well let’s just say as soon as fall hits, the layers go on. I may be exaggerating, but I knew literally just pile on the sweaters and jackets because I know what’s coming, ispecially when you live in Ontario.
The last few years when winter hits, I totally dislike it a lot! I hate it so much that I’ve gone as far as to buying the warmest jackets, boots, sweaters and even thermal tights. Literally anything I buy for the winter I specifically get things that are going to keep me as warm as possible. If I could, I would buy a heated jacket but I think that’s going a little too far, don’t you think?
So you remember the socks that I had written about at the beginning of the year? They were from a company called heat holders which I was obsessed with because there are next level socks! I could wear them comfortably at work while they kept my feet warm and when I went out on walks, I definitely notice a difference they made. So I was super happy when they sent me a pair of gloves and a warm, cozy hat. I’m so happy that they chose me for a second time to be in there winter campaign! Here is my warm and exciting review.
Heat holders women’s thermal hat and gloves
As a gift, I received a black, cable knit hat and a pair of light gray gloves. The pair of gloves are $24.99 and the hat is also $24.99. The hat is a one size fits all and the pair of gloves are in a small/medium that I received but they have a bigger size as well. When you go on the web site, there are a few color choices of each of these products as well. They both contain the HeatWeaver insulation lining as well as their high performance thermal yarn, both to maximize the amount of warm air that’s being held close to your body. The pair of gloves and the hat are both made out of polyester and acrylic but they are so soft to the touch.
I’m gonna be honest and maybe I’m a little biased but these are by far the warmest pairs of gloves and hat I’ve ever worn! The gloves for instance, are so soft on the inside that I just want to have a jacket this soft so I can pat it all day. I know this sounds crazy but it is so soft and they are very fitted because even my extra small hands, when I put them on they are so fitted but at the same time so comfortable that I can move them around pretty good with the gloves on. These gloves are insanely warm and definitely perfect for the winter weather. The cuff of the gloves are longer than normal just so you can put them in your jacket sleeve so no cold air gets in. I know this winter my hands will definitely be very warm and very comfortable.
As for the hat, I’ve worn it a few times on the mornings that my husband and I have gone out for walks in the park. Although it’s a one size fits all, it definitely is cozy on the head but also stretches quite a bit. It does have that same, super soft lining that is just so warm when you wear it. I definitely felt comfortable and not overly warm wearing this hat. As soon as it gets to the freezing level, I just instantly start wearing a hood but I could probably where this hat and it will keep me just as warm if not warmer than my hood.
I definitely do not want winter to come anytime soon but at least I’ll be warm literally from head to toe. This winter, at least I heard is going to be a rough one but at least I’m prepared and so happy that I got too be in a campaign where it’s all things warm and cozy. Now, if only they made it very soft and fuzzy jacket like their hats and gloves I would definitely be a board with that! Because, who doesn love to stay warm with a warm, fuzzy and cozy jacket? I do!
