I love a good lip balm/treatment ‘cause I have dry lips no matter what time of the year it is. I always put on a lip balm before I put on any colored lip product but mostly its glosses. But I really don’t talk about lip glosses or lip sticks because a lot of them tend not to be good for my lips. Because I have really dry lips I just stick to lip glosses because they tend to be moisturizing and they cover dry lips way better than lipsticks.
That’s why when I decide to write about a lip gloss, you know it’s gonna be good! I don’t have a huge collection as I once had because now, I’ve become more selective with them and quite honestly my lips will let me know if they like the product or not. I recently purchased the pat Mcgrath lust lip gloss because I’ve heard good reviews about her products. I don’t think I’ll ever buy her eye shadow palette because they are insanely expensive! So let me start with the glosses and we’ll see where my makeup obsession goes.
Pat Mcgrath mini lust glosses in skin show nudes
This mini lip gloss trio is $33.00 and it is on the more nude/natural colors. It is supposed to be high shine, smoothing lips while also drenching them in moisture like a lip balm. Create a voluminous look up on the lips while leaving some color on your lips. But some of the ingredients include vitamin E, vanilla, Mica and titanium dioxide. There is a slight vanilla fragrance to it. The colors in this package, from lightest to darkest is flesh fantasy, bronze temptation and flesh 4.
So this is one of the few glosses that I love and enjoy wearing! The slight vanilla scent is lovely and it is subtle. It is definitely high shine which I love but it goes on so smoothly and fells so delicious on the lips that I can’t get enough of it. It is one of the best glosses ive used in a long time and the color of them is just enough. They are on the more neutral side of colors but I love the selection this package gives you.
I haven’t tried anything from her collection except these glosses and if the rest of her makeup is just as amazing as these glosses, I’m willing to try her other makeup products. Just not sure if I’ll ever be able to dish out $170 on her eye palettes! But for now, I’ll stick to these yummy and shiny glosses and of course I will definitely recommend these to wear.
Thank you for coming back to read my latest blogpost and I’ll see you nextweek my beauties!
